Rental Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read through our rental terms and conditions prior to placing your reservation. Submitting your reservation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

Truck and Train Specifics

These items are props; not actively operating items and not designed to withstand weight. Please do not exceed 50 pounds of weight on these items.  In addition, the tailgate of the truck cannot handle more than 20 pounds, so do not allow anyone to sit on the tailgate.  

 

General Terms
Renter takes responsibility to CARE, CLEAN, AND RETURN all items listed in the SAME CONDITION AS THEY WERE TAKEN.


 

Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to hold your rental reservation. The balance is due at pick-up.
Full payments are gladly accepted at the time the reservation is placed. The balance due may be paid ahead of time online if desired, or may be paid at pick-up.
A valid credit card will be required at pick-up to serve as security for the rental. This card will be charged in the event that any items are returned late, are not returned, are returned damaged, or are not returned clean and ready for use.

 

Cancellation Policy
Rentals may be cancelled up to 3 weeks prior to the rental, however the deposit is non-refundable. Due to the lack of time to re-rent items, rentals cancelled without three weeks notice will be charged the full rental fee.

 

Reservation Additions
Items may be added to the reservation until 2 business days prior to the pick-up date. Item availability may vary.

 

Cleaning
Our prices are kept low due to our customers’ involvement in the care and cleaning of the products after their use of them. Additional cleaning fees are kept out of our rental prices to make renting items an affordable option. However, a cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged if items require cleaning. Please take the time to examine and clean your items prior to returning them.

 

Damages
Should an item become damaged or not returned, renter shall pay a damage fee of 2 times the rental price in addition to the replacement cost of said item. Such charges will be applied to the credit card on file as given by the renter.

 

Late Fees
A late fee of $25 per day will be automatically charged for rental items not returned by the date and time specified.
